Refunds & Cancellations

Please note, the product colour might slightly vary from the images due to photographic lighting sources or your display monitor settings.

We usually DO NOT take back the artworks once they have been sold, since it’s difficult to discern used and un-used in cases of perfume.

Refund is only possible if you cancel your order. 

In rare cases i.e. if you receive a defective product ( which is unlikely but not impossible since the bottles are made of glass and in rare cases they can incur damage during shipping) please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do. All the pieces are quality checked several times, however, if you are not satisfied with the product received by you, if it is faulty or damaged please let us know via email. We shall see if we can replace the product depending on stock and availability. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will provide refund of the same amount within 7 days. ​
